$SPCX , a Mexican immigrant who has been welding at SpaceX for 10 years, didn't know the company's stock ticker, but now his account balance is $880,000.

He moved from Mexico and learned welding because the pay for welders is pretty good.
He started as a contractor in 2015, earning $28 an hour, thinking that was enough to get by.
On the day he joined SpaceX, he didn't even know what the company did.
Later, the company granted him $10,000 in equity, vesting over 5 years.
He didn't sell it and instead started dollar-cost averaging by using paycheck deductions to buy more shares every pay period.
After 10 years, he worked his way up to a supervisor position,
then left for Blue Origin to continue welding.
On IPO day, he held about 6,500 shares of SpaceX, with a reference price of $135, valued at around $880,000.
The stock price later soared to over $160,
some reports say his net worth has surpassed $1M.
He said: Thanks to SpaceX, you see the light at the end of the tunnel.#MyGateTradeStory
