Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 13 — Claude released an announcement stating that, due to restrictions related to the U.S. government, access to the Fable 5 model will be suspended for all users. New sessions will automatically switch by default to the user’s selected default model or Opus 4.8. Any already opened Fable 5 sessions will directly error out and terminate. In addition, API requests to Fable 5 on the Claude Platform will also return errors. Developers should migrate the relevant applications and integrations to other Claude models as soon as possible.
