People are open now, everyone is looking for lovers!

Honestly, I didn't believe it before, that a reunion could break up a family?
Last month, my best friend's gathering, three days later her husband checked her phone,
4600 chat messages, two years' worth.
She had a history with that guy since college, they drank too much at the reunion, old feelings reignited as if possessed.
When she told me, she even laughed, saying everyone is like that now, don’t be so surprised.
I almost fainted from shock.
I said, you have two kids, one 6 years old and one 3, and you're like this?
She said she didn't want a divorce, just chatting.
Chatting? Four calls all night until 2:30 a.m., what are you talking about?
Have you ever thought about your husband?
Her husband is 44, has worked at the factory for 16 years, earns 8,500 a month,
doesn't turn in his wages but gives the family 5,000 every month.
She said he doesn't understand romance, comes home and just lies on the sofa playing with his phone.
I said, he's earning money and giving it to you, what more do you want?
She didn't say anything, after a while she said, you don't understand.
I don't understand. I really don't understand.
Later, they divorced.
She took the older kid, gave the younger to her ex.
Her mother was so angry she was hospitalized for 8 days,
when I visited her in the hospital, that guy even sent her messages asking if she wanted to be picked up.
I watched her phone light up and then go dark, light up again, she didn't reply, her hand was trembling.
Now she rents a one-bedroom, 1200 a month, takes care of the kids, goes to work, cooks.
Last time I visited her, leftover yesterday’s food was still on the stove,
her son was playing with building blocks on the floor in the living room, she was sitting there staring blankly.
I asked if she regrets.
She didn't answer.
After a long while, she said, I guess I didn't really like him, I was just out of my mind back then.
That’s not called openness, that’s called excitement fading, leaving a mess for yourself to clean up slowly.
