According to Ukrinform, the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office in Ukraine stated that a 39-year-old Russian citizen is suspected of organizing and funding the Odessa terrorist attack through cryptocurrency transfers, and the prosecutor's office has initiated relevant charges in absentia. The prosecutor's office said that investigations show the suspect is suspected of recruiting people through Telegram channels and job search groups, acting as an intermediary between Russian intelligence agencies and operatives within Ukraine. The activities also involved minors aged 13 and 16. The Russian citizen is charged with organizing terrorist activities and funding terrorism. The report did not disclose the amount of cryptocurrency involved.
