Abstract generation in progress
According to informed sources, the attorneys general of multiple states in the United States have jointly launched an investigation into OpenAI. Several insiders said that the artificial intelligence company received a broad-ranging subpoena this Friday, requiring the submission of various operational and user impact-related documents, involving advertising business, user activity and retention, consumer and health data management, related businesses targeting minors and the elderly, deep learning models, model flattery issues, and internal company regulations. An OpenAI spokesperson stated in a statement, "Artificial intelligence is an emerging and powerful technology. We are committed to ensuring that the public safely benefits from this technology in a compliant and prudent manner. We value the concerns raised by the attorneys general of various states and will actively cooperate with relevant departments." This month, the company secretly submitted documents related to its initial public offering (IPO) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Sina Technology)
