$PI My personal guess is that the current strategy is to wash out most of the pioneers and early believers. The general idea is that we no longer have much utility; we played the role of hype men earlier, letting us know this thing exists. Capital controls the final high-value chips, which absolutely cannot fall into the hands of the common people. To use an analogy, it's like luxury brand advertisements on TV—just to let ordinary people see it. In the future, we will know this thing exists, but in the end, it doesn't belong to us. When the chips in the hands of ordinary people become valuable, how will capital still play?

You're overthinking it; it's just plain trash.

Those whose revolutionary faith is not steadfast—those who speculate and profiteer, especially those who are self-centered and self-serving, and those who have not been blessed by Heaven and God—throughout the nearly twenty years of revolutionary history, will all be washed off the cart.

Ten percent of people being able to hold on is already pretty good. Those who believe won’t abandon their position no matter how far they fall.

Zhao Si’s ideals are good. He wants to make the vast majority of miners rich, as he said, to achieve great things. But perhaps the people behind the scenes—or the ones actually running this project right now—aren’t him. By the time 90% of the miners hand over their chips, the price may have already started to rise. And by then, we who planted the trees won’t get to enjoy the shade.
