Shennan Circuit: Plans to raise no more than 4.88B yuan through additional issuance for AI computing power electronic circuit products and other projects

Mars Finance News reported that Shennan Circuit (002916.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue shares to certain designated parties to raise total funds of no more than 4.882 billion yuan; after deducting issuance expenses, the proceeds will be used for the Wuxi Shennan Circuit AI computing power electronic circuit product project (3.6 billion yuan) and to supplement working capital (1.282 billion yuan). The project will mainly produce high-speed, high-density, high-multilayer PCB products for areas such as AI servers and switches, with a construction period of 1 year. (Cailian Press)
