Mars Finance News: On June 12, Baofeng Energy (600989.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire the asset group involved in the steam integrated pipeline project of Ningxia Tianpu Core Technology Co., Ltd., with a transaction amount of 450 million yuan (including tax). This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The acquisition will help increase the company's external sales of surplus low-pressure steam and improve economic benefits. (Company Announcement)
