Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 12th, Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich announced that Metaplanet has reached an agreement with Siiibo Securities to acquire 100% equity of this Japanese online company bond market pioneer broker holding a Type I license. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 2026, after which it will be renamed Metaplanet Securities. This acquisition is Metaplanet's first major merger and acquisition, and also the first implementation of its "Project Nova" strategy—aimed at building a Bitcoin-centric financial ecosystem in Japan.
