Pi, an AI cybersecurity company founded by the former head of Tesla’s internal hacker team, has a valuation of $100 million and was adopted by xAI.
Pi was founded by Yoni Ramon, the former head hacker of Tesla, and Guy Arazi, a former security researcher at Microsoft, completing a $35 million funding round with a valuation of $100 million. Brightmind Partners and Third Point Ventures led the investment; initial clients include xAI. Pi's core product is a security brain agent that can read historical security incidents, company policies, source code, and Slack/email communication records, automatically analyze and fix vulnerabilities. Navan is an early customer, and the system has handled 90% of reported vulnerabilities, saving 1-2 full-time employees.
