$BTC Crypto Circle Li Ying: 6.10 Bitcoin (BTC) Latest Market Analysis and Trading Recommendations
Fellow members, Bitcoin is currently priced at 61,150. From the chart, the previous decline looked like sliding down a slide, crashing all the way down. It finally took a breather and rebounded around 59,130. But don’t get too excited just yet; this rebound looks a bit weak, with volume not really supporting it. It feels like the main players are tentatively trying to push the price up. If no new funds come in later, it could easily test lower levels again. Those of us trading crypto know that before a trend reverses, we need to be cautious about bottom-fishing—don’t rush in as a bag-holder. Currently, the market is a fierce battle between bulls and bears. We need to analyze technical indicators carefully to grasp the rhythm and make steady moves. Next, I’ll break down some key signals for everyone!
The moving average system EMA7, EMA30, and EMA120 are all in a bearish alignment, with the short-term lines pressing below the long-term lines, indicating that the short-term downward momentum has not yet fully released. Resistance from trapped positions is layered above. In the MACD indicator, DIF and DEA are both below the zero line. Although the red and green bars have shrunk, overall it remains bearish, meaning the bullish strength is very weak, and a reversal isn’t easy. Regarding Bollinger Bands, the price is fluctuating between the middle and lower bands, with the lower band at 61,897 serving as short-term support. The upper band at 64,269 is far away, compressing the rebound space tightly. Overall, the technical picture favors the bears. Li Ying judges that the rebound is likely a dead cat bounce, and we should watch closely for key level breakthroughs before making further judgments!
Short-term reference:
For the long position: 60,000-59,500, exit if below 59,000, target above 61,500 aiming for 62,500
For the short position: 62,500-63,000, exit if below 63,500, target below 61,500 aiming for 60,500
