Japanese payment company NetStars and AllScale sign a memorandum of understanding to advance stablecoin in-store payments

ME News Report, June 8 (UTC+8), Japanese integrated payment service provider Netstars signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Canadian stablecoin payment infrastructure provider AllScale. The two parties will collaborate to promote the adoption of stablecoins in payments in Japan. This partnership aims to introduce AllScale's self-custodied stablecoin payment solution to achieve "multi-walletization," further expand the use of stablecoins in physical stores in Japan, and explore future B2B payment scenarios. AllScale has partnered with restaurant chains in Canada, supporting stablecoin payments in over 450 restaurants, with experience in implementing stablecoin payments in physical stores.
