there are people who do the same routines and feel terrible
the difference is in the reason why you do it
if you enjoy it, then waking up at 4am and taking an ice plunge might actually make you feel alive
but if you’re thinking “there’s something wrong with me” and hoping the routine will fix you, then you’ll probably be miserable
the relationship you have with yourself matters more than the routine
you should discover what makes you feel alive and integrate it into your life
