Some operators secretly intercept user data and resell it to other large model vendors for system training, and some transfer services cut costs by using low-end models to impersonate high-end models, resulting in biased and distorted model outputs. The Ministry advises users to choose legitimate, authorized, and compliant platforms when using transfer services, to manage keys properly, and to change credentials regularly.
