Human suffering does not come entirely from reality itself; often, it stems from the identities, standards, and expectations that are instilled. When a person fully internalizes external rules, they begin to constrain, judge, and exhaust themselves. Social order indeed requires rules, but once rules become unquestioned beliefs, people may lose the ability to connect with their true needs. True freedom is not about escaping all rules, but about seeing which rules are merely tools and which rules have become shackles.
