Crypto Circle Li Ying: 6.8 Bitcoin (BTC) Latest Market Analysis and Trading Suggestions

Fellow traders, Bitcoin is currently at $62,000. The recent drop was really fierce, directly crashing from the high levels, with hardly any decent rebound in between—typical waterfall decline. But the good news is, the downward momentum seems to have slowed down in the past couple of days, with the candlesticks starting to consolidate sideways, even showing signs of trying to move upward. The current state is like a long-distance runner just finishing a downhill stretch, catching their breath, and deciding whether to continue rushing downward or turn around and climb back up. For retail traders, at this moment, don’t rush to buy the dip or chase the rally; you need to see whether the main force is gathering strength or trying to lure out traders to sell off. After all, at this position, choosing the right direction is crucial, and stability is key to making profits.

From a technical perspective, the signals are quite complex but interesting. First, look at the EMA moving average system: although the long-term moving averages are still pressing downward, indicating the overall trend remains bearish, the short-term moving averages have started to flatten and even show signs of a golden cross, with the price already above EMA7 and EMA30, which is an initial signal of a short-term bullish reversal. Next, look at the MACD indicator: the bearish momentum at the bottom is clearly shrinking, with the fast and slow lines forming a golden cross below the zero line and diverging upward, meaning the downward momentum is weakening, and the bulls are gathering strength. Lastly, look at the Bollinger Bands: the price is currently hovering near the middle band, which is around 62,613. If it can break through and stay above the middle band, the upside space will open; conversely, if it faces resistance and falls back, it may test the lower band support again. Overall, the indicators are at a critical point shifting from bearish to bullish.

Sell at 63,000-63,500, exit if below 64,000, target below 61,500 aiming for 62,000
