There should be at least one day off each week, usually 1-2 days. I actually don't pay much attention to the crypto world; caring too much just causes confusion. I spend no more than an hour a day on crypto... I trust my choices, making decisions without hesitation. Just like I knew ZEC was going to crash, I didn't sell all my holdings... Maybe it's really copied many times, maybe it really becomes double digits, I can accept whatever happens. Diversification of positions is very important.
