Garry Tan's GBrain directly breaks through the personal AI ceiling

Abstract generation in progress
AIMPACT News, May 17 (UTC+8), Garry Tan's open-source GBrain is a knowledge system rather than a simple RAG tool. It addresses the memory deficiencies of AI Agents through an 8-layer structure: the first 4 layers upgrade basic retrieval, and the last 4 layers enable lifelong memory and self-evolution, allowing agents like OpenClaw and Hermes to continuously track users' social relationships, decision trajectories, and cognitive evolution. The system has handled large amounts of data in a production environment, and users can quickly integrate it via installation links or command line, with Markdown as the highest priority data source, making personal AI possible.
