These days, being affected by floating losses has made it hard to sleep again. To be honest, losing a little bit is like having mosquitoes buzzing in the room; the unrealized gains are quickly taken for granted as "what should have been," and the brain even starts to spend the money in advance... That's why I keep wanting to monitor the market and make up for it. Later, I forced myself to stop: stop adding positions, take a look on the chain to see if the funds are truly flowing back, stop scrolling through those emotional screenshots in the chat groups. Recently, the collapse of that chain game set is quite typical too—inflation rises, studios run away, coin prices spiral, and the more you lose, the more you want to recover, ending up with all sleep taxes. Anyway, I now prefer to miss out rather than stay up late and wear myself out.
