I'm really learning my lesson now when it comes to airdrop interactions, no longer acting like the impulsive NFT secondary market personality of the past... To be honest, think clearly first about the exit strategy: how much does it cost, how long do I need to lock in, and if I don't get an airdrop, can I just spend money to buy experience. If I can avoid granting unlimited permissions, I won't grant them; if I can use a secondary account, I will use a secondary account. Don't feed the main wallet just to save a few cents on gas.

As for FOMO, I give myself a "patch": interact at most two or three times a day, and wait for the hype to pass before looking again. Anyway, the free rewards are always there, so don't get carried away. Recently, there's been a lot of social mining and fan token schemes—"attention is mining"—and it kind of feels like a prelude to a scam... Attention is valuable, but not necessarily worth fueling others with it. For now, that's it, slowly patch up, and don't reinstall the system all at once.
