Today, I listened to three projects at the Builder roadshow, each with a different focus; here’s a brief overview.

First, Autonomic Disrupt, a decentralized time capsule. You write an encrypted message, attach tokens, set a time lock, and it can only be opened after a few years or when a specific condition you specify is met, possibly with an airdrop. It’s like sending a chain-based letter to the future. In DeFi, the idea of delayed gratification is quite counterintuitive, since most platforms focus on instant transactions and lightning-fast interactions. Suddenly introducing a capsule that takes five years to open is quite fresh. Currently, only the core capsule function is live; multimedia content and scenario expansion are upcoming. The five-person team needs to refine roles further.
Next, Real OS, an automated financial operating system. I find this approach very practical—batch payroll and dollar-cost averaging (DCA) are two essential scenarios to get running first. The payroll engine allows sending salaries to all employees with a single wallet transaction, handling the entire team, with near-zero fees if they hold platform tokens. Also, users can generate on-chain wallets using just their email or phone number, eliminating the need for private keys or mnemonic phrases, which lowers the entry barrier. The DCA engine supports automatic periodic purchases of USDC, BTC, and ETH, with future plans to include US stocks and RWA. The entire process is non-custodial, not touching user assets, relying on encrypted identity SDKs combined with TEE. The third phase plans include hourly wage calculation, overtime, social security, and tax reporting automation, moving from payments to compliance.
Finally, Real Saving Jar, a stablecoin savings account built on Real OS. The product is simple: deposit USDC or USDT, choose from three investment strategies—low risk at 4.8% with US bonds, balanced at 6.8%, or diversified at 8.2%. Returns are fully transparent, with daily on-chain compound interest, and funds can be deposited or withdrawn at any time. Compared to traditional banks offering 0.5%-4% with limited withdrawal periods, this is quite competitive. Future features include DAI, automatic DCA deductions, and more. Before launch, multi-signature and time lock mechanisms are in place to mitigate project team risks.
Overall, these three projects are no longer purely in the token issuance narrative. The time capsule is a creative, Web3-native experience; Real OS and Saving Jar are rooted in real financial scenarios, offering product replacements. Each has its own entry point; none is necessarily better—getting the direction right is what matters.
