🔹 Accelerating earnings report. ServiceNow exceeded expectations with $3.75 billion in revenue on April 22nd, achieving consensus EPS of 0.97. Net margin was 12.59%, and return on equity was 18.16%. Subscription revenue increased by 22% year-on-year, and the company revised its full-year subscription revenue outlook upward.

🔹 Technical chart shows recovery. The price is trading around 121.76, with recent closes between 127.65 and 117.90. The 52-week range of 81.24 to 211.48 saw selling pressure around $100 repelled by bullish buying. The recovered movement settled in the 117-127 band, with $141 standing out as a short-term watch level.
