It feels like “farming rewards” now is a bit like going to work… it’s not that it’s bad, but it’s getting more and more “managed.” Once the airdrop season rolls in, when the task platform’s anti-bot measures and scoring system kick in, even if I just want to join in casually, it turns into showing up every day, grinding points, and worrying about whether my account profile is off. It’s pretty exhausting.
I’m the kind of person with security OCD—I’m used to signing up only after taking a close look and revoking permissions regularly. But now, just to chase those points, I have to interact constantly. The more wallet pop-ups there are, the more my nerves get: am I doing tasks, or am I digging a landmine for myself? Plainly put, the more the mechanism gets tightened, the more it feels like a sieve—what’s left might not be the “most genuine users,” but rather the group that adapts to the rules the best… Anyway, I’d rather do a bit less for now, and I don’t want to open myself up to too much risk just for points. For now, that’s it.
