Just now I got itchy again and wanted to chase a green one... oh no, a red one that’s surging, I almost clicked the mouse. Then I asked myself: is it really that I “know a little something,” or am I just being fueled by that “taking off” comment in the group chat? Honestly, most of the time it’s the latter.

My current self-rescue habit is pretty old-fashioned: first, close the order page, then look over the three-line reasons I wrote myself, and see if I can explain it to my future self tomorrow. If I can’t explain it smoothly, I only allow myself to buy a tiny bit as a ticket, don’t treat the position as a hard-drinking contest. If that doesn’t work, I check on the chain to see if there are obvious signs of “everyone getting hyped together,” and just seeing that cools me down halfway.

By the way, hardware wallets have been out of stock lately, phishing links are everywhere, and the more these times come, the more you shouldn’t get hyped and click or sign randomly. Impulsively placing orders and authorizations doubles the cost… I’d rather miss out than pretend I’m fine at a drinking party during a review. That’s all for now.
