OpenAI acquires Weights.GG, gains voice cloning tool Replay technology and 6 employees

AIMPACT News, May 17 (UTC+8), OpenAI acquired AI voice cloning tool developer Weights.GG in January of this year. About six employees joined OpenAI, and the company obtained the intellectual property rights of the startup, but there are no product integration plans. Weights.GG had previously raised $4 million in funding, with investors including Kleiner Perkins.
