Stopping loss really is like a breakup, dragging out not deleting chat records, watching it fall every day (or rebound a bit and then soften), and in the end the pain only accumulates, while also paying a little more "interest"—attention, emotions, opportunity cost. Recently, someone has been watching on-chain large transfers and the movement of hot and cold wallets on exchanges, then interpreting "smart money is coming/going." I also look at liquidity and DEX depth, but honestly, those signals are mostly reflections in the mirror, not your stop-loss line. I just turned off the price alerts earlier; if I lose money, I lose it. First, pull myself out of the storyline, check the slippage and depth tomorrow, at least don’t let it keep dragging me along.
