Airdrop season is here, and task platforms are acting like witch hunts, making it feel like clocking in at work. I almost slipped and clicked on those sites that say “Connect Wallet to Earn Points”… Honestly, seed phrases are like house keys—if someone asks for them, they’re trying to empty your house; don’t treat signature authorization as just “click confirm,” some are fake logins with real authorization, giving them is like handing out your drawer keys. Recently, when I make protocol comparison tables, I add a column: whether unlimited authorization is needed / whether it can be revoked. The TVL increase or decrease is secondary; once the security red line is crossed, it’s over. If you want to compete for points, that’s fine, just use a clean wallet—don’t use your main wallet as a testing ground.
