CoinWorld News reports that on June 2nd local time, the Israel Defense Forces stated that the Givati Brigade recently carried out multiple military operations in the Nabaytiyah area in southern Lebanon, including targeted raids, weapons clearance, and strikes against armed personnel. The purpose of these operations is to establish Israeli positions in the relevant areas to eliminate direct threats to northern Israel and to strengthen combat deployments in southern Lebanon. The IDF also stated that Israeli troops crossed the Litani River and, with the support of the Israeli Air Force, carried out precise strikes, destroying infrastructure of armed organizations, searching for and clearing weapons, and killing multiple armed personnel.
