This is the capital flow required to keep the power law going in average.
The multiplier is a factor between the real $ flow and the change in market cap (and price).
This is an average over the last few years, I will have charts showing the real flows as a function of time soon.
Current average flows would be enough if the multiplier factor is around 15x that is quite high.
