It’s raining again and the roads are clogged with traffic, and the coffee in the car has gone cold just from sitting there… I casually checked my wallet and found that my assets are scattered just like this weather: in one place, then another. To put it plainly, the biggest headache with a multi-chain wallet isn’t whether you win or lose—it’s: “How much do I really have, on which chain, and have I turned off every authorization?”
Right now, I’m using a brute-force approach: keep only one address in the main wallet, treat all other chains as “pocket change.” Every time I move across chains, I jot down a line of notes (date + chain + roughly what I did). Then I reconcile everything in one go over the weekend. If you can turn off authorizations, turn them off—don’t think it’s a bother; getting drained is far more troublesome. Also, memes and celebrity “shout-outs” have been hot again lately—newcomers really shouldn’t chase attention and run around. In the end, the last person to act probably won’t be the one you want to be… I sometimes get impulsive too, but at least I make sure I don’t lose first at the step of “can’t find the money.”
