Is it starting to feel more and more like clocking in at a job when you're just earning crypto?

Honestly, the task platforms, witch detection, and that set of scoring systems are all turning people from "testing protocols" into "turning in assignments": filling out forms, linking social media, managing wallets, and even controlling behavior—does it look like a real person…? They might not give you candy in the end, but they'll definitely give you anxiety.
Recently, I dismantled a few processes and feel that the focus has long been less about whether on-chain interactions have value, and more about whether you can "appear normal" within their rules.
Plus, lately, the competition between Layer 2 solutions over TPS, fees, and subsidies has been fierce, and as soon as subsidies are issued, the tasks become more like KPIs.
Anyway, I now prefer to do less, pick mechanisms that are genuinely interesting, and ignore the rest to avoid being driven by scoring.
