Haha, based on recent performance, ETH does look a bit like a "discarded heir apparent."
Looking at the current market:
BTC is still hovering around 70k
LAB, H these altcoins are gaining dozens of points every day
MEME coins are taking turns soaring
ETH, on the other hand, has fallen from 2040 to 1966
Funds clearly aren't flowing into ETH.
From this heatmap:
🔴 Large sell walls are stacked around 2030-2050 above
🔴 There are buy orders around 1960 below
Currently stuck in a weak oscillation in the middle.
Key short-term levels:
📍 Support at 1960
📍 Resistance at 2030
Breaking below 1960:
Next support might be around 1900.
Reclaiming 2030:
Only then can it challenge the 2050-2100 range again.
But ETH's problem isn't technical.
It's a liquidity issue.
The market is playing out:
Bitcoin sideways → Altcoins frenzy → ETH being drained
So everyone feels:
Buying ETH is less profitable than buying altcoins,
Doing ETH is less interesting than watching the show.
But historically, each altcoin season has a pattern:
Initially, everyone complains that ETH isn't rising,
When ETH starts moving,
Funds flow back from the "monster coins" to ETH.
If I were to post:
ETH: Once the leader, now the hype crew
LAB doubles in two days,
H gains dozens of points in a day,
ETH still fluctuates around 1970.
Others are in the main upward wave,
ETH is in a health-preserving phase.
But the market's favorite move is:
Suddenly pumping ETH when everyone looks down on it.
More and more people are calling it a discarded heir apparent now,
But be careful—it might suddenly turn back into the heir someday. #ETH
