for defi to truly survive, privacy has to be part of it.

one of the reasons many of us came into defi was the idea of having control over our assets without constantly having to explain ourselves. without privacy, that vision starts to fade.
cexs are becoming more restrictive. the bigger the amount you move, the more questions get asked.
been seeing talks on the tl lately about asking users for proof of source of funds. whether you agree with it or not, it shows where things are heading.
that’s why a lot of people are choosing defi. self-custody, full control, no endless verification processes.
but is it sustainable if privacy keeps getting stripped away?
if there’s no privacy in defi, a lot of users will eventually leave. that’s why i’m paying attention to privacy projects. some of them are already starting to show signs of life.
don’t sleep on privacy projects this cycle. they might end up being one of the strongest narratives moving forward.
checked my wallet this morning and noticed i still have some $H from @Humanityprot . execution wasn’t the best, but i can’t deny the idea itself is something this space needs.
