These days, I’ve seen a bunch of memes following celebrities’ words flying around wildly, newcomers rushing in faster than the oracle’s price feed... veteran players say don’t take the last hit, and now I really believe it.

What I’m more afraid of is the liquidation hit: you think your position is still safe, but in reality, the price feed is a half-second slow, and the chain is already lining up to calculate your liquidation. When the market suddenly moves, the delay plus slippage stack up, and the liquidation price feels like someone secretly nudged it a few centimeters in your direction, invisible to the naked eye, but liquidation is very real.

Later, I simply set alerts and limits for some key positions (lower leverage if possible), and my mental state changed noticeably: I used to watch the market anxiously, now it’s “oh, when it hits, I’ll handle it,” and I don’t really want to be the one thrown off by attention shifts... Anyway, survival comes first.
