The company, Docketwise, said it began investigating in October 2025, suspecting that the credentials of its third-party partners had been accessed. The incident took place on September 1, 2025, and was discovered on February 19, 2026. Docketwise found that the attackers obtained customers’ names and other personal information. The company emphasized that there is no evidence showing that the incident was targeted at the immigration company, or that personal identity information was publicly disclosed.
