China Biopharmaceuticals: Kylo-0603 demonstrates good safety and lipid-lowering effects in healthy subjects

China Biopharmaceuticals Announcement, wholly owned subsidiary Hegira's self-developed Class 1 innovative drug Kylo-0603 was announced at the 2026 European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) annual meeting to have its first human Phase I clinical trial data in healthy subjects. In a multiple-dose escalation study, 60 healthy participants were randomly assigned to receive once-daily Kylo-0603 (doses of 1.2, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 mg) or placebo for 14 consecutive days. Participants were followed up for 7 days after discontinuation to assess safety. Kylo-0603 demonstrated good safety and lipid-lowering effects in this study.
