I realize my sensitivity to unrealized losses is really over the top… Clearly, I slept pretty soundly when I was floating profits yesterday, but today as the account turns red, I keep reopening the app repeatedly, looking at the K-line as if I can will it back. Honestly, it’s not about how much I’ve lost, but that feeling of “what was mine is now gone” that’s especially noisy, looping automatically in my mind.

I even made a table to record my emotional levels: when it’s a ±3% change, my heartbeat and distraction levels double when I’m losing, but when I’m making profits, I stay calm, even doubting if it’s just luck. Recently, those new L1/L2 projects issuing incentives to boost TVL, I see veteran users complaining about “mining, selling,” which feels pretty real. Short-term data looks good, but when there’s a pullback, the first to blow their top are usually us who are watching the account.

Now I can only force myself to look less often, clearly write down my buy reasons and exit conditions, or else I start wanting to change the plan as soon as I see unrealized losses… How about you?
