Bitcoin failed to hold at $74,000. The next support is far below at $70,671. Institutional investors are fleeing en masse. Weekly Bitcoin ETF outflows nearly **$1.3 billion**. This is the worst outflow of the year. ETH is also dragged down, with the nearest support around $2,000. Good news will come if The Fed finally signals a rate cut in Q3 2026.
