Stopping loss is really like breaking up... The more you drag it out, the more reluctant you become, and as a result, you watch the market every day with your heart pounding, losing not just money but also energy. Admitting defeat early can actually save interest: fewer emotional costs, and your hands can be freed up to do other things, like moving your position to a more convenient L2, at least transferring funds won't hurt so much.

I'm most afraid of not losing money, but knowing it's wrong and still stubbornly holding on, eventually losing the entire plan. Recently, the NFT royalty wave has been causing a lot of noise, and honestly it's also about "whether to cut in time"—creators want continuous income, the market wants liquidity, dragging it out makes both sides uncomfortable. Anyway, I've set a rule for myself now: when triggered, execute it, don't fall in love with yourself. That's it for now.
