Many people think that once a person climbs to a high position, they will think about revenge, settlement, and stepping on those who once looked down on them. But in reality, after reaching that position, a person's state actually changes. Because when the gap is truly widened, you'll find that the other party doesn't even have the qualification to be your "opponent." People will only become hostile to threats that are close to them, and will not continuously invest emotions in someone who can no longer influence them. So in reality, the easiest to attack and trample on each other are often not those with huge gaps, but "people who are similar."

So you'll find:
The weak like to argue about right and wrong, those close to each other like to trample each other, and those who truly elevate their level often do so with a kind of "pity after seeing." Conversely, those who are many levels above you are often tolerant. Because they know that many people's cognition, outlook, and circumstances inherently determine that they can only live as they are.
