Ami Vora took over the product organization, responsible for scaling the existing product line of Claude. Labs' positioning is closer to Anthropic's early startup team, specifically turning new capabilities within the Claude model into real products. Krieger stated in a recent interview that, after expansion, Labs has abandoned the traditional two-week sprint system, adopting high-frequency iteration cycles called "Bolts" measured in hours or days. Most team members have entrepreneurial backgrounds, and the internal goal is to find the "next Claude Code." This mechanism has already produced several core products.
