The position requires candidates to have 4 to 7 years of experience in the crypto market, a deep understanding of digital assets and market structures, strong writing skills, and the ability to stress-test existing narratives. Knowledge of derivatives markets is a plus. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research and analysis of cryptocurrency markets (spot and derivatives products), writing high-quality research reports for internal and external audiences, and integrating digital asset insights into broader monetary perspectives and cross-asset strategies. The analyst will also need to collaborate with the global foreign exchange strategy team to clearly and persuasively communicate research findings to senior stakeholders and clients. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields, familiarity with crypto derivatives (futures, options, etc.), and experience applying cross-asset correlations to crypto viewpoints.
