ME News message: On April 18 (UTC+8), Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset trading platform EX IO reached a strategic distribution partnership with fintech and tokenization platform Anchored. They plan to launch a tokenized product pegged 1:1 to real U.S. stocks. Anchored will handle asset issuance, custody, and on-chain settlement, with each token fully backed by corresponding U.S. stocks held by FINRA-registered brokers. The first batch of products will cover the “Big Seven” U.S. stocks, including Apple, Nvidia, and some blue-chip stocks, supporting 24/5 trading and fractional-share functionality, and will connect to liquidity from Nasdaq and the NYSE.
