I now have so many wallets that I can't even keep track of them myself, one on the mainnet, a bunch on L2, testnets with some extras... assets are even more fragmented. Today, I’m just lying around with some U on Arbitrum, tomorrow I’ll toss in some ETH on Base. Honestly, it’s like scattering change into different pockets, and when you need it, it takes forever to find. Recently, I’ve forcibly set a simple rule for myself: only keep one “frequently used hot wallet” for daily use and impulsive transactions, everything else is just storage, avoid moving funds if possible; before cross-chain transfers, I write a note (what it’s for, how long I plan to keep it), otherwise, after a couple of weeks, I see a small, “mysterious” balance and start questioning life. When the on-chain game’s inflation + studio + coin price spiral collapses, the first to turn into fragments are those scattered positions everywhere, making it hard to withdraw smoothly. That’s it for now.
