ME News Report, May 27 (UTC+8), the Resolv Foundation announced a comprehensive recovery plan following a protocol security incident.
In 2026, the protocol experienced a security vulnerability attack, leading to illegal minting of USR tokens flooding the market, causing the protocol to pause and enter recovery mode.
In the recovery plan, USR/wstUSR tokens held before the attack will be exchanged 1:1 for USDC, while USR purchased after the attack will be exchanged at a rate of 1:0.5 USDC;
RLP holders' recovery ratio is approximately over 60%, with some compensation to be distributed in RESOLV tokens.
To this end, Resolv has opened a three-month claim window for compensation applications.
Meanwhile, Resolv launched a new business line, "Vault Street," managed by the foundation, focusing on tokenization and structured yield products of real-world assets (RWA).
The first product, primeUSD, has entered private testing, targeting professional institutional investors, allowing users to participate in leveraged US Treasury yield strategies using stablecoins.
This product combines traditional finance with on-chain DeFi infrastructure.
Additionally, the RESOLV token's functions for staking and unstaking have been restored, with rewards distributed upon restart.
In the future, Resolv plans to continue advancing Vault Street products, upgrading security architecture, and building institutional-grade on-chain asset infrastructure, looking forward to Vault Street as a new chapter for Resolv.

Is the testing threshold for primeUSD too high? Small investors can't even participate.

Vault Street this move is quite interesting; the RWA track indeed needs this kind of approach that can bridge traditional finance.

A 60% recovery rate is better than expected, but what about the remaining 40% of users? Hopefully, there will be supplementary plans in the future.
