May 26th BTC/ETH Mishi Strategy
The news flow was not as expected. Specifically, the “doubtful” move upward was not strongly driven by proactive expansion; even the near-term target was difficult to stand above. In the early trading session, there were some frictional pieces of news. Although there was a bullish development for ETH with a “thaw” (unfreezing) narrative, the market did not give positive feedback. Still, there’s no need to worry too much. From a technical chart perspective, the price action remains relatively low, so for now, treat it as a pullback to confirm.
BTC: The night session still failed to break above the target at 78500. Then it rebounded downward after being rejected at 77800. This further confirms 778-785 as near-term resistance. Mishi has always recommended that no matter which direction you do, first determine your defense position—only then can you stand in an invincible position. The triggering of the planned stop-loss is not a failure; it’s a sign that the system is working properly. Now the test is the support at 76666. Looking further down, consider the low at 76000 from 5:00 a.m. yesterday. Taking into account that the news may bring more friction, if taking the left-side entry, conservatively it could reach around 75555, using 74600 as the defense level. If taking the right-side entry, refer to the signals on the order book/price action according to the level chart.
ETH: The night session again touched the lower band of 2139-2171, but it still could not break above. Last night’s tweet recommended defending with 2155. If adding/adding to longs below this level, the risk-reward is quite good. If you followed last night’s tweet and entered longs at 2075-2090, the targets would only be 2105-2115. If it breaks through, then look at 2125; otherwise, you should exit. The early morning at 5:00 a.m. was in the upper half of the range of 2038-2075. If adding longs today, be conservative and target the lower half, using 2038 as the defense. If 2025 is broken through, this round of rebound will again be in jeopardy. (See the chart) #美伊协议草案
