"Shorts before the HYPE surge" giant whale admits loss, reduces position, and sells spot holdings

ME News Report, May 25th (UTC+8), according to Lookonchain monitoring, a whale that shorted before the HYPE price surged is now closing its short positions while selling HYPE. It has unlocked 443,180 HYPE tokens (approximately $27 million), of which 231,899 HYPE tokens (about $14.15 million) have already been sold, and 211,281 HYPE tokens (around $13 million) remain unsold. However, it still holds a short position of 141,500 HYPE tokens (approximately $8.67 million), with unrealized losses exceeding $2.5 million. (Source: BlockBeats)
