However, according to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, citing an informed source, the U.S. and Iran have not yet reached a final memorandum of understanding, and some terms remain disputed. Given the U.S.'s history of repeatedly failing to keep promises in negotiations, Iran has no optimistic expectations for the U.S., and even if an agreement is reached, Iran will closely monitor the U.S.'s compliance.
