I'm a sleep-priority type myself... That kind of stimulation, looks exciting during the day, but at night my mind is still replaying K-line charts, which is quite torturous. Grid/DCA basically means accepting that "I don't know what will happen tomorrow," following the plan step by step, with much less emotional fluctuation, at least not wanting to change strategies just because of a single needle. Recently, everyone has been interpreting ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto price movements together, which sounds lively, but the amount of informational noise is also outrageously high. My noise reduction method is very simple: treat "macro analysis" as background noise, only watch my own position risk levels and execution logs, and do nothing unless trigger conditions are met. Anyway, as long as I can sleep, the strategy is useful to me.
