Your 7-day Muslim morning routine challenge:


Day 1 - wake 15 min before fajr. don't do anything. just sit in the silence before the world gets loud.
Day 2 - open the Quran after fajr. one page. that's it.
Day 3 - morning adhkar before you touch your phone. takes 3 minutes and changes the entire energy of your morning.
Day 4 - pray 2 rakat duha after sunrise. you'll feel the difference by dhuhr.
Day 5 - grab a pen and write what you're grateful for. not your notes app habibi… do actual paper.
Day 6 - istighfar 0 while getting ready. let it run in the background of your whole routine.
Day 7 - all six. no skipping. this is your new baseline.
One week. That's all im asking.
